Cirrus Data’s Summer of Customer Success – Week 5

Cirrus Data Solutions continues its Summer of Customer Success with another case study, this one from a medical imaging service that hosts radiology services for over 2000 healthcare providers in the United States.

As with most companies in the medical field, the end-user in this case study had no tolerance for any downtime, as its data was online 24/7 and needed to remain accessible to the 100 Windows VM’s in the customer’s environment at all times.

In this instance, Cirrus Data’s Professional Services team went above and beyond, even assisting the customer with some client host issues in its environment as well. Our staff of storage experts is always available to facilitate partner success and are often called upon to help resolve migration issues that aren’t necessarily related to our own software. In fact, on numerous occasions, the visual representation of a user’s SAN provided by Cirrus Migrate On-Premises has helped our storage partners discover zoning or other issues in the storage environment, which always helps minimize time spent on troubleshooting.
